This role leads performance and transformation across our global BPO vendor network, driving vendor excellence and customer satisfaction at scale while shaping long-term vendor strategy and leading large cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings vendor/BPO management expertise and strong analytical ability to validate, interpret, and act on data to enable better decisions and drive change at scale. This is a senior leadership role within Operations with direct accountability for outcomes across multiple functional PODs and significant cross-functional leadership and analytical judgement.
Base Pay
Base Pay Grade - J
Equity - Grade 4
Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $102,000 - $142,000

Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office. A limited number of roles remain office-based due to the nature of their job responsibilities.
