• Overseeing the reconditioning process to ensure all vehicles meet our standards
• Managing inventory and developing pricing strategies to optimize turnover and profitability
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Collaborating with service and parts departments to optimize the reconditioning process
• Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the pre‑owned vehicle purchase process
• Managing relationships with all sources of pre‑owned inventory

You Need These Qualifications

• Proven experience in used car management, preferably in the luxury automotive sector
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams
