WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.
  • In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals
  • In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change
  • Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that IKEA is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond P&C experience)
