Overview

Position Overview: Reporting to the Director Health Services and/or Manager Health Services or Delegate, the Unit Clerk performs clerical, receptionist and communication functions on the unit as part of the nursing team. The incumbent exercises initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities and methods, and acts in accordance with the mission, vision, values and policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud.

Position Details: Requisition ID 382376; Position Number 116-71260-W238-03; Temporary, 0.5 FTE, In Person; Daily hours 7.75; Anticipated shift: Days; Location: Bethesda Regional Health Centre/Bethesda Place; City: Steinbach; Employment type: Temporary; Anticipated Start Date – End Date: 06/23/2025 – 03/18/2027; Reason for Term: Maternity Leave; Salary: As per CUPE Collective Agreement. Travel to Hôpital Ste-Anne Hospital may be required.
