Qualifications

• Proven experience in an underground mine maintenance role, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership position.
• Experience in the mining industry with mobile, surface, and underground equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mine equipment.
• Coordinate operations among maintenance departments on site.
• Monitor key performance indicators for maintenance effectiveness.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and optimize inventory management.
