Assistant Restaurant Manager - Mother Tongue

We are seeking an assistant manager who is capable and friendly, and can be a valuable member of our restaurant team. Mother Tongue is an intimate restaurant team focused on exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented leaders who are driven to grow and improve.

Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant General Supervisor is responsible for maximizing operations, staff development, pricing controls, management as well as floor administration during service.
  • Direct personnel development with the goal of creating future supervisors and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate smart, process-oriented problem solving, clear communication, and strong attention to detail in a busy environment with solid business acumen.
Qualifications
