A community-focused co-operative in Regina is seeking Labourers for a 6-month maintenance Turnaround at the Co-op Refinery Complex. Candidates will assist in various trades and must have a Grade 12 education, class 5 license, and preferably some industrial experience. TURNAROUND OPPORTUNITIES – SPRING 2026, Co-op Refinery Complex

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring Labourers for the upcoming maintenance Turnaround for up to 6 months.

This opportunity is offering $39.45 per hour + overtime at double time.

Schedule

Pre-turnaround: four 9.33-hour day shifts (Monday – Thursday). Turnaround: Six 10.5-hour shifts, 1 day off, day or night shift.

What you’ll do:
  • You will assist in the various trade sections within the Refinery.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned during the maintenance Turnaround including but not limited to, Scaffold, Pipefitter, Insulator and Mechanic helper.
  • You will work mostly outdoors in all-weather conditions and are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends.
  • You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by FCL.
Who you are:
  • You have completed Grade 12 and have a valid class 5 license.
  • You are mechanically inclined, preferably with experience in an industrial work environment.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to the required industrial work environment.
  • Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
