Employment type: Permanent, Full time; Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available.

Salary: $35.00 per hour (40 hours per week).

Overview

Position is a truck trailer mechanic responsible for inspecting, testing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining truck‑trailer systems. The role requires detailed attention, manual dexterity, standing for extended periods, and the ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck‑trailer systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, dependable, flexible, good judgement, reliable, team player.
