Responsibilities

As a Crew Leader, you’ll play a key role in the success of our tree planting operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a crew of 10–14 tree planters with energy, focus, and accountability
  • Promoting and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe work environment at all times
  • Maintaining high planting quality through regular coaching and follow-up with planters
  • Managing daily job site operations, including logistics, troubleshooting, and crew coordination
  • Driving productivity by motivating your team to meet or exceed daily production targets
Qualifications
  • A clean driver’s abstract – you’ll be trusted to operate crew vehicles safely
  • The ability to obtain a class 4 license
  • Tree planting experience – a strong asset, but not a deal-breaker
  • The ability to keep up in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • A willingness to work hard outdoors in all conditions—rain or shine
  • A self-starting attitude with the drive to motivate and lead your team
  • Strong leadership skills – you know how to guide, support, and inspire others
