The Total Rewards Manager will lead our pay-for-performance strategy to engage and motivate team members through various compensation forms, including base salary, variable pay, benefits, and our recognition platform. This individual contributor role involves developing our total compensation strategy and executing it through administration, analysis, and communication.

You will join the broader Employee Success team (HR, Payroll, TA, Facilities), working across our operations in 7 countries to design and deliver a seamless total rewards experience for our global A-Players.

Responsibilities:
  1. Compensation Strategy
  2. Develop and update compensation strategies aligned with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
  3. Partner with stakeholders such as finance (profitability), HRBPs (motivation, development).
  4. Manage our total rewards philosophy and refine benefits and recognition strategies.
  1. Compensation Administration
  2. Level roles for base pay and OTE across jurisdictions.
  3. Ensure accuracy of compensation data and tools.
  4. Manage annual and mid-year compensation and bonus cycles.
  5. Oversee budget for compensation and benefits programs.
  6. Partner with Revenue Operations on offer letters and commission plans.
  7. Support Payroll in negotiating health and benefits.
  1. Compensation Analysis
  2. Analyze pay for performance and equity annually.
  3. Manage data refreshes and ensure legal compliance across regions.
  4. Evaluate total compensation impact on performance.
  1. Compensation Communications
  2. Create playbooks for managers to communicate about compensation.
  3. Develop materials for communicating with candidates and new hires.
  4. Partner with HRBPs on pay-for-performance discussions.
  5. Create total rewards statements for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 6+ years in total rewards.
  • Experience in Software/SAAS and/or global matrixed organizations.
  • Knowledge of base, variable compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerBI.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Effective relationship-building with leaders and employees.
