Qualifications

• 5+ years Tool & Die experience as a licensed 430A Toolmaker.
• Ability to build dies from scratch, not finishing work.
• Reliable, teachable, accountable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Layout, machine, and assemble die components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tooling issues during tryouts.
• Support and mentor apprentices.
