A community support organization in Regina is seeking a Project Manager to lead the RRLIP initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with government funding, and expertise in community engagement. The role includes fostering partnerships, overseeing budgets, and supporting the integration efforts of newcomer populations. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
The Regina Region Local Immigration Partnership (RRLIP) was launched in 2014. Local Immigration Partnerships exist to strengthen and support the community's capacity to welcome, settle and integrate newcomers. Since 2014, the RRLIP, and its primary partners, have worked tirelessly to support the local community's settlement and integration efforts. The closing date for this position is September 30, 2025.
The RRLIP Project Manager will primarily be responsible for continuing to strengthen the LIPs impact and work in this community by:
The annual salary for this position starts at $77,061.90 ($37.05/hr) at Step 1 of RODS Manager Category (the RRLIP Project's host agency). There is a cost shared benefits package and 3% employer contribution to Saskatchewan Pension Plan available following the successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
RRLIP Project staff currently work from home. When not connecting virtually with community partners, RRLIP team members travel within the city of Regina to connect with, consult and support project stakeholders.
The standard work hours are Monday- Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexibility is required to meet project outputs, targets, and outcomes. All Regina Open Door Society positions (the RRLIP Project's host agency) require a clean criminal record check.
