What you’ll do
  • Own and improve manufacturing test processes for MEMS devices
  • Develop and optimize test methods for new product development
  • Maintain and enhance production databases and test programs
  • Troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross‑functional teams
  • Drive continuous improvement to boost yield and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols
  • Investigate and resolve non‑conformance issues
  • Qualify and maintain test equipment for peak performance
  • Support smooth transitions from development to manufacturing
  • Collaborate with engineers, operators, and supervisors to solve problems
What you need
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • Required: 2+ years of test/probe experience in MEMS or semiconductor industry
  • Required: Knowledge of test technologies, processes, and tools
  • Advantage: Familiarity with optics and cameras
  • Advantage: Programming skills (Python, LabVIEW, C#, SQL)
  • Advantage: Understanding of statistical analysis and design of experiments
