Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to travel when required.
• Bilingual in French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support management of third-party tenants for Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart stores.
• Abstract and maintain Sub-leases, License Agreements and vacant units.
• Coordinate with Finance group to allocate tenant payments.
• Assist in collecting outstanding AR.
• Collect data and prepare Year End reports.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office Applications, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Education

Post secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role
