A municipal government in New Brunswick is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to ensure compliance with property-related by-laws. Position Overview The Community Standards Coordinator is part of the Property By-law Enforcement team within the Growth and Community Development Services Department. This position provides service to the general public, property owners and the community, to ensure compliance with a number of property-related municipal by-laws to directly enhance the aesthetics, enjoyment and pride of neighbourhoods in the City of Saint John. This position works with property owners to achieve compliance with property-related municipal by-laws through education and awareness, investigation, enforcement, and by-law file conclusion. A high standard of customer service, professionalism and respect with every citizen/property owner interaction is expected. This position works collaboratively in a team environment to deliver excellent customer service while meeting departmental service delivery targets.
