Ce Que Vous Ferez

Intégré à la Direction du service technique, le technicien frigoriste service intervient sur l’ensemble du cycle de fabrication, de la production en atelier à la mise en service des installations chez le client. Il veille à la conformité des composants lors de l’assemblage, réalise la programmation des systèmes, s’assure du contrôle qualité, coordonne la mise en fonction puis accompagne le client pendant la période de garantie.

Comment Vous Le Ferez

Le technicien service aura pour taches principales de:

• Accompagner l’ingénierie dans le choix et la validation des composants lors de l’assemblage,
• Participer à la programmation et à l’optimisation des machines,
• Réaliser un contrôle électrique et électronique des installations en fin de production,
• Superviser les interventions de démarrage, maintenance ou d’intervention d’urgence chez le client,
• Planifier les maintenances préventives et s’assurer de la coordination des pièces nécessaires,
• Résoudre et répondre aux demandes clients pendant la période de garantie,
• Rédiger les rapports techniques et proposer des optimisations du système,
• Recueillir, analyser et communiquer les tendances observées lors des déplacements.

Vous respectez les règles et directives de sécurité, y compris celles du client lors de vos interventions sur site.

Ce Que Nous Recherchons

• De formation technique en génie frigorifique ou réfrigération, vous avez une expérience réussie d’un minimum de 5 ans idéalement obtenue dans le domaine d’installation réfrigérante en CO2. (supermarché et/ou entrepôt)
• Expertise en Anglais (obligatoire)
• Doté d’une réelle expertise technique, vous êtes à l’aise dans la lecture de plan complexe et schéma électrique.
• Vous êtes prêt à vous déplacer en Amérique du Nord.
• Vous présentez un excellent sens de la communication orale écrite qui facilitera vos échanges avec les clients, les bureaux d’études et partenaires.
• Vous aurez un horaire bureau (L-V 8 AM - 5 PM).

What You Will Do

Integrated into the Technical Service Department, the service refrigeration technician works across the entire manufacturing cycle, from workshop production to on-site commissioning at the client’s location. They ensure the conformity of components during assembly, perform system programming, oversee quality control, coordinate start-up, and support the client throughout the warranty period.

How You Will Do It

The service technician’s main tasks will include:

• Supporting engineering in the selection and validation of components during assembly.
• Participating in the programming and optimization of machines.
• Performing electrical and electronic checks on installations at the end of production.
• Supervising start-up, maintenance, or emergency interventions at the client’s site.
• Planning preventive maintenance and ensuring coordination of necessary parts.
• Troubleshooting and responding to client requests during the warranty period.
• Writing technical reports and proposing system optimizations.
• Collecting, analyzing, and communicating trends observed during field visits.

You will comply with all safety rules and directives, including those of the client during on-site interventions.

What We Are Looking For

With a technical background in refrigeration or HVAC engineering, you have at least 5 years of successful experience, ideally in CO2 refrigeration installations (supermarket and/or warehouse).

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong technical expertise; comfortable reading complex plans and electrical diagrams.
• Willingness to travel in North America.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate interactions with clients, engineering offices, and partners.
• Office hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM).
