Job Description

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube Tech will inspect, maintain and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Will also execute basic car maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles.
  • Inspect, maintain and repair vehicles powered by electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels.
  • Execute basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and oil changes.
  • Diagnose complex problems and plan and execute vehicle repairs.
  • Estimate time of service and repair needs; ensure work is completed right the first time.
