Overview

Technician, Lube & Maintenance

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube Tech will inspect, maintain and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Will also execute basic car maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic car maintenance (e.g., tire rotations, oil changes).
  • Diagnose and complete repairs correctly the first time.
  • Estimate time of service and repair required; plan and execute repairs accordingly.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles using industry-leading technology.
  • Possess willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge.

  • Ability to drive standard vehicles.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where optimal production is supported.
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.
