Overview

The role of a Technical Support Representative (TSR) is to provide technical sales and support services for our industrial customers, engineers, and end users, plus our wholesale distribution partners. They also liaise with the outside sales force and represent agents across Canada, supporting the efforts of the outside sales force and representatives across the country.

Responsibilities

Provide technical sales and support services for our installation and service contracts, engineers, and end users, as well as our wholesale distribution partners. Communicate and coordinate with external partners to ensure effective support and service delivery for our customers across Canada.

Qualifications / Desired Experience

Knowledge of Boilers/Hydronics.
