A healthcare IT integration company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to resolve client issues through various communication channels. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with knowledge in programming languages and systems networking. Responsibilities include taking full ownership of customer issues, providing exceptional support, and assisting in client setup. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Solutions, the Technical Support Engineer will resolve client issues via email, phone, and video while proactively finding ways to prevent future issues through proactive support and monitoring.
