Overview

Outside Technical Sales Specialist

Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in Hydraulic Sales, Service and System design we provide custom solutions in the mobile, industrial, electrification (off highway) markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for Outside Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Kamloops.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of the sales strategy and planning to include customer target accounts, prospecting, sales leads follow up, promoting service and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded through the delivery of technical advice and support, trouble shooting and providing a solution to inquiries as they rise.
Qualifications/Experience
  • 3-5 years experience as an outside sales representative in Fluid Power or Industrial Markets.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics.
  • Strong computer skills with basic understanding of data, proficient in excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Strong relationship management, networking and account strategy capabilities in a diverse multi-account environment.
  • Valid class 5 Drivers license.
