Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering services and maintaining Change Healthcare’s on-premises PACS and Cloud-based products, primarily through remote support with occasional travel up to 20%. This role involves daily communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues with Stratus protocols, conducting functional inspections, monitoring data for accuracy, validating system performance, generating customer reports (e.g., progress updates, verifications, and exceptions), providing remote and on-site technical support, conducting system trial runs, hardware/software installations, upgrades, system configurations, quality testing, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years IT experience
  • Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS, or DICOM
  • Experience with PAC
  • Understanding of client-server architecture related to streaming data (especially image and demographic data) from server to client
  • Proven strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams and committees; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Gitlab and Jira
  • Project management experience and skills with project management software
  • Knowledge of Cloud Storage, SAN Storage, DVD/MO Jukebox, or DLT Tape devices
  • Ability to write SQL Plus and/or MS SQL queries and reports
  • Experience working on Unix, Linux, and VMWare systems
  • Knowledge of image processing techniques
  • Knowledge of HL7 processes
  • Experience setting up Google Transfer Appliances

The salary range for Canada residents is $63,300 to $131,500 annually, based on factors such as education, experience, and certifications.
