Technical Coordinator, Kent

A leading residential developer is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their established technical team. Known for delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes, they pride themselves on collaboration, buildability and efficient project delivery across a range of residential schemes.

As Technical Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages to ensure developments are delivered as intended and secure all necessary approvals. Key responsibilities include coordinating consultants, securing S104/S38/S278 approvals, managing surveys and reports, supporting design meetings, and ensuring information is issued accurately and on schedule.

Applicants should be experienced Technical Coordinators or those currently working in technical roles within a residential housebuilding environment. An HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering is essential, alongside strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of AutoCAD and excellent communication abilities. Experience across RIBA stages and knowledge of CDM regulations will be highly advantageous.
