The Team Leader acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. You’ll assign tasks, ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, and help train new team members. If you’re organized, communicative, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to step forward.

About the role: Team Leader

This position plays a central role in supporting the store’s success. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead team members, and make sure safety procedures are followed. When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is away, you’ll take the lead and ensure business continues as usual.

As a Team Leader, you’ll participate in inventory processes, train new employees, and ensure everything runs in accordance with company guidelines. If you have at least one year of retail experience and the ambition to move up, Dollarama offers room for growth.
