At Coveo, payroll isn't just about numbers; it's a pillar of trust, employee experience, and organizational integrity. You will lead a high-performing payroll service that supports over 800 employees across 10 countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle for Canada and the U.S., supported by one senior specialist, while partnering with third-party providers in Europe to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Reconcile government remittances, source deductions, and benefits-related invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to payroll and benefits, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Lead, optimize, and document payroll processes in Workday, in partnership with HR and Finance.
  • Oversee the integrity of employee data for hires, departures, and internal changes within our systems.
  • Manage month-end and year-end payroll-related activities with a strategic eye on compliance and efficiency.
What will qualify you for the role
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in payroll within a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ease navigating complex payroll systems.
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English) to effectively support our global teams.
