The successful candidate will develop training sessions, optimize team schedules, and monitor sales performance. We're looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Team Lead to champion our brand and guide our Sales Representatives in their mission to represent Neo. You'll be at the forefront of our activation efforts and your primary responsibility will be to empower and enable your team to excel at acquiring customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, the Neo Money account, and other Neo products.
