Overview

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Tank Car Loader – 24 Hour or a Tank Car Helper on a permanent full-time basis on our Process Operations team at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, SK.

Our Co-op Refinery Complex processes up to 130,000 barrels of crude oil every day, distributing up to 17 million liters of fuel daily to Co-op Gas bars and Cardlocks throughout Western Canada. What you’ll do

• Perform all duties associated with the loading of petroleum products, such as gasoline, diesel, asphalt, slurry, gas oil, propane, butane, sulfur, and other related commodities from general direction provided by the Supervisor.
• Performs housekeeping duties as required.
• Ensure loading activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner relative to Dangerous Goods Regulations, safety rules, and applicable loading procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

You will work closely with the PDD Loading Team and report to the Petroleum Loading Supervisor. The team strives to cultivate a culture of safety, collaboration, and efficiency.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

• Have a good mechanical aptitude, an understanding of tank car loading operations, and the physical ability to carry out the duties is required.
• Have a Grade 12 diploma
• Have a valid driver’s license.

• A starting wage of $55.33 (Tank Car Loader – 24 Hour) or $48.74 (Tank Car Helper), pending on qualifications, as per the collective bargaining agreement with UNIFOR Canada local union 594.
