Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and shift management.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff and provide supervision to ensure adherence to cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent food service to guests.
- Engage with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other culinary roles within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering settings.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Experience in menu planning, food handling, inventory control, and restaurant management is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Pay : $17.20-$17.30 per hour
