  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff and provide supervision to ensure adherence to cooking techniques and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent food service to guests.
  • Engage with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other culinary roles within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation.
