  • Oversee participation in job fairs (virtual and in-person) and related marketing efforts.
  • Provide timely, accurate HR metrics and recruitment performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (CHRP/CHRL in progress is an asset).
  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in high-volume or mass recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the Employment Standards Act, AODA, and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with JazzHR is an asset.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Why Join Us
  • Competitive salary + benefits.
  • Hybrid work environment (in-office collaboration + remote flexibility).
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Be part of a values-driven, supportive team making a difference in childcare staffing.
