Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the company. From sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, you'll ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience while helping managers find the best fit for their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and timelines
  • Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms
  • Actively source candidates through online channels and networking
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding steps
  • Maintain records and recruitment metrics using our ATS
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet deadlines
