A leading North American energy services company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mississauga. In this full-time role, you will focus on recruiting for Field Services roles, managing the complete recruitment cycle, and enhancing candidate experience. The ideal candidate should possess over 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in ATS and Microsoft 365. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work on-site 2-3 days a week.

You’ll be instrumental in scaling Rodan’s workforce during a period of significant growth—building pipelines for field services talent, and elevating our candidate experience and employer brand. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, gain deep domain knowledge across metering and emerging technologies (including BESS), and help put skilled technicians at the forefront of the energy transformation.
