What You’ll Do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements
  • Orchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offers
  • Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system
  • Support new hire documentation and help create welcoming onboarding experiences
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and refining recruitment processes
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives as needed
What You Bring:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure
  • Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • CHRP designation or actively pursuing certification an asset

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program.
