As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the EMEA region, you are responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners, managers, hiring leaders and candidates in their tasks and activities during the pre offer recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Answering queries addressed to the Recruitment Support mailbox sent by candidates who need support with their application process, re directing questions to talent acquisition partners as required
  • Answering queries addressed to the Recruitment Support mailbox sent by hiring leaders who need support with raising a requisition, re directing questions to Talent Acquisition Partners as required
  • Keep up-to-date with all the documentation and guidelines required by the Global Talent Acquisition process for pre offer including communication templates with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Reviewing requisitions, formatting and submitting for approvals
  • Updating daily trackers and report to track requisition status and assign to relevant Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Responsible for insuring data integrity related to pre offer requisition management in partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Support with interview scheduling and coordinating diary availabilities
  • Provide ad –hoc reporting support – OBI, interview tracking – for the assigned markets
  • Provide support to EMEA markets based on volumes projections and advice from GTA workforce planning team
  • May support with some sourcing and market mapping activities
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school degree with a proven experience in Human Resources Administration, or in a corporate environment in administrative or support position preferably in an international and multicultural context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with using candidate tracking systems (ATS ie Taleo) and pre offer recruitment actitivies - scheduling interviews, responding to candidates, hiring leaders and recruiter queries
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to priorize multiple, conflicting tasks with deadlines
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Agile and reactive, autonomous, able to sort out problems
  • Highly organized
  • Rigorous, detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Fluent in English and any additional European Language will be considered a plus

Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United Kingdom is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
