TASKS

The Contractor must complete the following Tasks:

• Complete the work tasks as per the Task List (Appendix I to ANNEX A). The work tasks will be tracked in Azure DevOps.
• Track the time taken to complete each task assigned in Azure DevOps.
• Work with the quality assurance team to assess and take action on identified system defects based on the tasks delivered in 5.1.

Deliverables

The Contractor must complete the following deliverables:

• Weekly progress report (submitted at the end of each week) based on work tasks assigned which can be extracted from Azure DevOps tasks (see 5.1 & 5.2) and provided by e‑mail to the Scrum Master using a provided template.
• Complete all tasks as defined in section 5.1 and 5.2.
• Provide demos and walkthroughs to CFIA development staff for all completed tasks identified in Section 5.1 for knowledge transfer and ongoing support.

MANDATORY CRITERIA

M1

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have greater than 10 years professional work experience within the last 15 years from the date of bid closing, working as an ERP Systems Analyst in an IM/IT environment. The bidder must demonstrate this experience by providing a detailed résumé, outlining work experience under relevant projects where the resource has worked as an ERP Systems Analyst in an IM/IT environment.

1. Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years professional work experience in each of the following:
   • Using Azure Dev Ops for task assignments and progressing task workflows.
   • Assessing user requirements, function/technical needs of a system.
   • Implementing user requirements in Power Platform and/or Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365 solutions.
   • Development of technical documentation such as functional and system specifications.
2. Each project must include the following information:
   1. Client Organization Name;
   2. Client contact name and title;
   3. Timeframe (start and end dates);
   4. The project name;
   5. Level of effort worked;
   6. A description of the work performed.
3. The Bidder must include the brief description in the technical grid response or map the description in the proposed resource’s résumé.

The scoring is based on the duration of the experience:

• Equal to 10 years: 0 Points
• Greater than 10 years but less than 12 years: 5 Points
• Equal to or greater than 12 years but less than 15 years: 10 Points
• Equal to or greater than 15 years: 20 Points
