The ideal candidate will have significant experience with AWS, VMware, and database management. You will administer systems, develop automation scripts, and collaborate on REST API integration. In this role, you will manage and support cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, ensuring their high availability and security.
You will maintain and optimize virtualization platforms, including VMware and ESXi.
Administer operating systems, including Windows and Linux, to uphold system stability and security.
Configure and troubleshoot network services such as DNS and VPNs.
Manage databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.
Develop automation scripts using Bash, Shell Scripting, Python, or PowerShell to enhance operations.
Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes and manage DevOps pipelines using Jenkins, Git, T‑SQL, and other CI/CD tools.
Monitor system performance and security logs, perform regular updates and patches to maintain system integrity.
Collaborate with development teams to support REST APIs and integrate various systems.
Document procedures, configurations, and policies for knowledge sharing within the team.
