Overview

Triware Technologies is looking for an experienced and highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. In this senior-level role, you will be a key member of our Service Team, providing expert consulting, front-line support, and technical leadership to a diverse group of business clients.

In this position, you’ll take ownership of maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and network infrastructure. You’ll diagnose and resolve problems quickly, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, best-in-class IT solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, build, configure, and deploy solutions using Windows or virtual platforms.
  • Administer, maintain, support and optimize Windows and other virtual environments.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair for server hardware.
  • Recommend software, hardware, and infrastructure enhancements to optimize security and performance.
  • Recommend procedure modifications and engage in technical direction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and produce activity reports.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure resolution, satisfaction, and improved performance.
  • Work closely with sales team members to design and deliver reliable, client-focused solutions.
  • Continuously expand your expertise in technology, procedures, and emerging industry trends.
  • Mentor and support helpdesk personnel with first-line server issues.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or in a similar senior technical role.
  • A degree, diploma, or technical certification in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional technical skills, including a good understanding of business software applications, networking technology, and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Demonstrated experience in computer support and network administration.
  • Industry and vendor certifications related to Windows, virtual environments, or other related topics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with business users at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with minimal supervision.
