We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds - Gotts Park.

The service provides specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation.

Each accommodation offers individuals the opportunity to hold their own tenancy agreement with a Registered Housing Provider. Individuals who are supported in this service may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community. We provide specialist input and risk assessment to manage and reduce high risk or offending behaviour for individuals stepping down from secure, forensic or long-stay settings.
