Supply Chain Manager

Toronto, ON | In-Office Role

A fast-growing apparel and consumer goods company is building one of the most flexible and responsive supply chains in North America. As the business expands its vertically integrated manufacturing and fulfillment network across Canada and the U.S., we’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics, transportation, and cross-border programs that ensure goods move reliably, compliantly, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Transportation
  • Own inbound and outbound logistics across Canadian and U.S. facilities
  • Manage freight carriers, brokers, and 3PLs; negotiate rates and contracts
  • Monitor vendor performance, lead freight audits, and resolve service issues
  • Optimize mode selection (LTL, FTL, courier, parcel, ocean/air)
  • Establish and implement SOPs for shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination
Cross-Border & Trade Compliance
  • Oversee customs programs and compliance (K90/K32, Section 321, duty drawback)
  • Manage HS classification, COO accuracy, and customs valuation
  • Lead trade-related documentation improvements and integrations
  • Monitor broker performance and ensure SLA adherence
Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards for freight spend, duty costs, and landed cost modeling
  • Identify sourcing and fulfillment optimizations using tariff and freight analysis
  • Manage trade documentation accuracy, export paperwork, and compliance audits
Collaboration & Projects
  • Work with operations, warehouse, finance, and sourcing teams to align logistics and trade processes with business goals
  • Partner with IT/systems to integrate trade and logistics data into ERP/WMS dashboards
  • Lead freight transitions, broker changes, and new route/service launches
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or trade compliance (apparel/consumer goods preferred)
  • Experience managing LTL/FTL carriers, freight contracts, and inbound/outbound logistics
  • Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. customs programs (K90, K32, Section 321, duty drawback) strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills; Excel and dashboard/ERP experience a plus
  • Clear communicator and organized project manager across multiple teams and sites
