We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Leader to work closely with our Operations and Business Unit leaders and valued colleagues. Job Responsibilities:

• Beresponsibleforallsupplychainrelatedactivities,includingbutnotlimitedtorevenueplanning,sourcing,purchasing(includingMRO),productionscheduling,materialsplanning,warehousing,andshipping&logisticsthroughtheRegalBusinessSystem(RBS).
• Leadbydevelopingshort-andlong-termobjectives,executedailymanagementactivitiesandimplementcorrectiveactionsforinternalandexternalcustomers.
• DeployandimplementLeanmaterialmanagementprocessessuchasKanban,pullsystems,Min-Max,consignment,inventorymodeling,dailycyclecounting,JIT,andMRP.
• Maintainsupplierdatabase,purchaserecords,itemparameters,andrelateddocuments.
• ManagesupplierqualitythroughtheThomsonPowerSystemQMStomeetcustomerqualitystandardsandspecifications.
• Preparecostestimatesandmanagebudgets.
• Recruit,coach,andretaintoptalentstocreateaworkforcethatsupportstheintegratedsupplychainmodel.
• Planandmanagedemandrequirements(currentandfuture)withmanufacturingandsupplierstomeetcustomerdeliveryexpectations.
• Proactivelydrivethecultureofzerosafetyincidentforthebusiness.
• Communicatekeysupplychainmetricstorelevantsitepersonnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

AREYOUTHEONE?

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreefromaccreditedinstitutionorequivalentrelatedexperience.
• 7+ years ofexperienceasaleaderofpeopleinamanufacturingenvironment.
• Proficientcomputerskills,includingMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandERPplatforms.
• Stronganalytical,problemsolving,andprojectmanagementskills.
• Excellentcommunicationskills(verbalandwritten).
• Strongbusinessfinancialacumen.
• Abilitytoleadmultipleteamsgeographicallydispersedandmultipleprojects.

Preferred qualifications:

• ProfessionalSupplyChainCertificationssuchasSCMP,APICS-CPIM/CSCPorsimilar.
• LeanSixSigmaGreenBeltcertification(ortraining)withdemonstratedCIachievements.
• ExposuretoEngineeredtoOrder(ETO)productsandmanufacturingprocesses.
• Exposuretomanufacturingofswitchgears,transferswitches,panelboards,orsimilarproducts.
