JOB DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) will support internal stakeholders by undertaking administrative and coordination activities. The SCC will provide library management of documents in and out of Windchill, lead all whitelisting activities with Suppliers through 3PI and other information portals. The SCC will be responsible for receiving invoices to support timely invoice matching and have an oversight of the Supply Chain document policies. A key part of the SCC role is Contract tailoring, quality control of tailored documents and the packaging and delivery of complete Contracts to the Procurement Specialists. In addition, the SCC will be the first point of receipt for all Supply Chain Engagement Requests (SCER's) prior to triage and relevant stakeholder engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Library management of documents in and out of Windchill.
  • Whitelisting activities with Suppliers through 3PI and other information portals.
  • Receiving invoices to support timely invoice matching.
  • Oversight of the Supply Chain document policies.
  • Coordinating Contract tailoring with relevant Part Owners.
  • Quality control of tailored documents.
  • Packaging and delivery of complete Contracts to the Procurement Specialists.
  • Be the first point of receipt for all Supply Chain Engagement Requests, triage and engage with relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 0-2 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Post-secondary Education (Diploma) preferred.
  • Previous exposure to general administrative work in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
