Reporting to the Assistant Director, Residence Life, the Supervisor, Residence Community Development will oversee the management of the community development program, directly supervising three Community Development Coordinators, and indirectly supervising approximately 60 student staff. The incumbent is responsible for supporting student development in residence and the continued development of the community development program including all programs, support initiatives, and strategies designed to help make the 1,400 students who live on campus feel right at home. This is a multifaceted role that works closely with all areas of Student Housing and Residence Life in delivering the best possible experience to our residents.
