A Canadian steelmaking coal producer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities and ensure safety and quality execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills, with over 5 years' experience in facility maintenance, preferably in mining or process plants. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment failures, and enhancing contractor productivity. Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, the Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for ensuring safe and quality execution of plan and schedule maintenance activities in WQM operations to meet the Plant Availability, Reliability, and Integrity objectives in efficient, and cost-effective manner; thereby facilitating continuous realization of Company Annual Business Plans.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, who can collaborate with stakeholders from multidisciplinary teams. This person is adaptable and take on unique challenges while travelling to and collaborating with different sites. The ability to find solutions, multitask, and prioritize contending demands in a fast‑paced environment is vital.

$120,000 - $149,000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
