The ideal candidate will have completed their first year in Civil Technology or Engineering and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating with project teams. Qualifications

• Successful completion of 1st year Civil Technology or Civil Engineering.
• Physically able to work on construction sites in all weather conditions.
• Proven ability to learn and take direction.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite contract administration and inspection for residential subdivision projects.
• Provide grade checks with survey equipment.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs for progress payments.
• Observe, document and report project progress.
• Communicate with and direct Contractors.
