THE POSITION Position Suites Runner Department Suites Reporting To Suites Kitchen Lead, Suites Supervisor, Suites Manager, Suites Sr. Manager, Beverage & Premium Services Director Position Summary The Suite Runner plays a vital role in the execution of premium service delivery by ensuring the timely and accurate transportation of food and beverage items to individual suites. In addition to order delivery, this position supports Suite Attendants, maintains the cleanliness and organization of suite kitchens and storage areas, and assists with post-event cleanup and restocking. Suite Runners are expected to be adaptable, efficient, and attentive to both guest needs and operational standards. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver hot and cold food items to suites promptly and in accordance with safe food handling practices.
Support Suite Attendants by fulfilling orders and replenishing supplies.
Maintain organization and sanitation of the suite kitchen, walk-in cooler, and service areas.
Clear used dish-ware and disposables from suites.
Replenish suite refrigerators and restock items as needed.
Dispose of garbage and waste in appropriate designated areas.
Complete post-event tasks including putting away remaining stock.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Must possess a valid Smart Serve certification.
Completion or ongoing completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
Minimum age of 18.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with diverse staff and guests.
Seasonal unionized position.
Requires frequent lifting (up to 30 pounds), walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Fast-paced event environment with physical and time-sensitive responsibilities.
