Style Advisor - Luxury Retail

Full-Time Permanent

Reporting to Store Leader

We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service. As a Clothing Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

We are looking for a Style Advisor to join our Store team. In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• 2-5 years of Retail Clothing/Footwear experience preferred
• Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clientele
• Demonstrating an interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury
• Educating clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty program
• Participating in Merchandising activities and store maintenance
• Utilizing resources to conduct new business driving measures and following up with your existing clientele on all aspects of their current needs (alterations, fittings, appointments, etc.)
• Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing merchandise presentation and creating opportunities for add-on sales

Successful candidates will require:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Experience working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is preferred
• A passion for inspiring repeat business through exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store
• The desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate new skills into daily activities
• Interest in technology and using innovations to support retail customer service
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
