A leading communications technology firm in Canada is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to drive growth through its regional partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will develop business plans with key partners and coach regional teams. Responsibilities include designing sales campaigns, providing partner support, and collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales management within tech, strong relationship-building skills, and are fluent in French. This role includes a salary range of $159,200 to $254,700 and offers a hybrid working model.
The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for driving growth through Zoom’s regional partner ecosystem across Canada. This role focuses on developing and executing business plans with key partners, enabling them to successfully sell, implement, and support Zoom’s unified communications and customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented professional with strong relationship management, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution skills.

Minimum: $159,200.00
Maximum: $254,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
