Qualifications

• Direct experience working with Canadian institutional investors, ideally with real estate investors.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Form, maintain and enhance relationships with prospective investors.
• Raise capital for all funds and strategies including co-investments.
• Conduct research on potential investors.
