Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience across multiple human resource disciplines.
• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred.
• Experience in large, multi-site unionized environments is an asset.
• Clear Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support and coaching for client groups.
• Act as a strategic advisor to ensure operational success.
• Manage employee relations issues in compliance with legislation.
