A leading financial technology firm is seeking a passionate Finance Business Partner to support their InfoSec & IT and Engineering organization. You will drive month-end close, manage forecasting and budgeting, and enhance financial models. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in finance roles, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel capabilities. This role is remote-first, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year and extensive benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a deep desire to influence business decisions through data. You will have a unique opportunity to support cross-functional business leaders within the Technology organization (InfoSec & IT and Engineering) and own forecasting/budget processes, reporting and business insights to drive decision-making.
Base Pay Grade - I
Equity Grade - 3
Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $90,000 - $130,000
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range.
