Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive experience in credit control and accounts receivable, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections strategy, and A/R metrics.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce credit policies that align with company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end A/R processes including collections and cash application.
• Prepare and present A/R performance reports to senior management.
